Need to verify that the correct truck has been picked up and all paperwork updated.
Lynne WRequired trailer was on the lot days prior to pick up day. I wanted a 9 am pick up, but was told that I could not pick the trailer it up until noon. When I arrived at noon the person required to check me out was not there. After some help from the on-site handyman and phone calls with the owner I finally drove off with the trailer around 1:30.
James SOffice smelled like mold and cigarettes, no one was around and after 30 minutes finally got someone to call me back and he said just leave the keys on the desk and I was called later by uhaul asking why I haven't returned my truck yet because he hadn't checked it in yet 2 hours later

CHRISLER LExtremely smooth transaction.
WILLIAM HThey couldn’t make a reservation or the phone or in person. I did it online. When I went to pickup truck up truck the store couldn’t do anything. They had to call someone else and that person felt with me over the clerk’s phone. I didn’t get a contract, receipt or any paperwork. When I returned the truck in Billings they said that the contract said it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. It only had 2/3 of a tank. I took pictures of it when I picked it up and proved it to the store in Billings so they didn’t charge me.
Ron FI waited around for an hour for the person to show up. Who was on site there was a phone number posted that I called and no answer so It seemed like they needed multiple pictures of my driver license , when I checked in and returned the trailer. There’s too much identity theft in the world. Pretty shady
LARRY SThe man was asleep when I arrived at about 5 pm.
BARBARA Pappreciated they were open on sunday and extended hours...to 11pm
PAMELA Cgreat location
SANDRA GGreat staff
Julie SOver priced for just apart of a day and had to wait forever while the manager complained about wiring from another town..

Summer VVery helpful
Robert JThe location was very cluttered and dirty, as well as poorly lit. My drop off time was 10:30 am. The person on site was not comfortable using the phone/computer and had a difficult time printing me a receipt. My largest complaint has nothing to do with location. I was charged $5.20 for going five miles over. The shortest route used for calculating my trip directs a person through Big Sky, Montana. There was a three day snow storm at that time. Most people do not drive that route during snowy times but use the route through Dillon, MT to Whitehall, MT. This route is slightly longer but much safer during winter travel. I would like to have the $5.20 refunded back to me for that reason. I returned the truck one day earlier than my contract, more fuel than I picked it up with, and damage free. I was disappointed to receive an upcharge for a 5 miles overage during Montana winter travel.
Ed BGreat customer service
Reynold BHave staff present during business hours. Answer the phone. With that, will also note I've done a little motel management in East Glacier Park and, as this is a U-Haul station attached to a motel as primary business, no worries. Been there, done that. Door was open, I could have found someone (or the free snack bar). Sign w/phone # to call for UH was same as biz; had msg option so just told 'em I'd park the trailer and have a nice day. Half a century past or not, trailer hitches always seemed a mystery and hassle when watching my dad with the boat trailer. 2.5 seconds of flashback worry, totally mute as the equipment has been fine-tuned since the 1900s and unhooked all with zero problem. As noted on pickup, trailers are finely balanced and did not have to use any extra cyborg power. In fact, I was rather annoyed it was that easy and likely could have saved a lot of gas simply walking it ... ohwait. empty. ALMOST. ONLY CASUALTY was my own omission. Because no staff was around (again; almost quicker, an employee need not be interrupted nor exposed to my personality or yammer and had no problem) I took a quick video clip to show the trailer was there, empty and clean inside. Only on review did I notice my beloved pizza pan still secure behind a frame board where I so cleverly placed it. So stay in school, kids, or you too may have video evidence your trailer was clean and any squatters or boxes of contraband stashed there by any passing smugglers (what, ME paranoid?), you may end up having to cut your pizzas in half because you SPACED OUT your full size pan! But then again, I only have a toaster oven now so it likely would have ended up a pistol target. May The Montana Inn or next renter enjoy with my blessings. Relevant to this TMI, The Montana Inn looked clean, bright and cheerful. An inviting place to stay if in Forsyth by my quick visit so all good.
Vincent Mloved it
Charles HI know they also have a motel to run. So you do gotta call a number they might be cleaning. They look super busy with U-Haul and just keep your patience Monica or Carol will help you out soon!!
JOSH JStaying at your motel nightly instead of monthly and weekly since it was so clean. Our uhaul truck worked great too!
sandra aThe office was clean and inviting! The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating to us! It was a better experience than our last visit there. Looks like they’re doing a great job cleaning!
Doug Hmonica was fabulous very helpful
Monica GShe had some troubles with computer. This was 2nd time I used. From Forsyth to craig then craig to Forsyth. She was super nice computers for older generation is not fun. I'm older so I understand.
Stephanie JVery accommodating with my drop-off.
Ellen CFirst we were informed on day of pickup that the employee that set up our reservation mistyped my phone number so we were never informed where to pick up our truck and trailer. When we went to the sale store we created our reservation we were informed the pickup location was an hour and a half away. Once we arrived at the long distances pick up location, the employee at the “motel” was so technologically illiterate I had to instructor her on how to use a computer. After an hour and a half of how to click “continue”, we finally got our vehicle and made the hour and a half trick back to our house to pack it.
Jordan MStaff was very friendly and helpful. I had read other reviews that were not overly favorable was a bit skeptical, however, I found just the opposite of the reviews. Would definitely recommend.
Talana KThey say they are no longer a drop off point when trailer was delivered. Would like uhaul to verify we are no longer responsible for this trailer as it was dropped off at 10 am 9/25/22
Lorri MThis location is basically a “self return” location. There are clear and easy instructions posted which were very helpful. I could find no personnel on site to answer questions. I was able to complete the return process online however. It was very easy.
Suzanne MCustomer service was lacking.
Morgan KIf I have a choice, I will never use uhaul again. They canceled our original pickup location (in our town) and time. Due to previously scheduled movers, we had no option but to drive an extra 3 hours in our own vehicle to pick up a truck and auto hauler. Then we had to drive the truck and trailer back to our house so it’d be ready for the movers the next morning. They gave us no gas comps or discounts or anything.
Sarah BMore staff would be helpful.
William HStaff had no idea what they were doing. Took forever to turn in the equipment. Location is a filthy little roach motel staffed by people who I can only describe as probably drug addicts and ex convicts. Creepy. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
