iris lLet customers know (I couldn’t find it in the user manual under starting vehicle or keys) that if the vehicle key won’t turn in ignition, to wiggle steering wheel while turning key. This happened to us. Rental location wasn’t open so we called another location where they fortunately knew the trick. Otherwise, vehicle was clean & ran well. We did not like the brake pedal, which is a bit difficult to use & hard on the calf muscles. But that is an issue for Ford.
ruth mMonte’s is ALWAYS the best choice for truck and trailer rentals! Not only are the trucks always clean and in excellent shape, the customer service is beyond compare! I cannot recommend them enough!

calvin hRented utility trailer for the weekend. Trailer was in good condition. The front desk person was very helpful in setting up the trailer and providing guidance for using the trailer. Plus you can pick up awesome pizza with the trailer. The place looks rundown but the customer service is excellent. And is in a very good location.
