I dropped the trailer off after hours and the lighting was poor.
Kent RVehicle had dirty windshield, cupholders and mirrors. Exterior was also caked with mud.
STEVEN GI would recommend this location as it is conveniently located and Monte is professional, curious and proficient. However, I learned at drop off that the un-used trailer was not clean. We rented the truck and was asked by U-Haul to bring a trailer to Maine for them, so the trailer was not used, only transported to Maine. Also, the truck was listed as having a full tank but it was not completely full. I did not realize this until I filled up during my trip and saw the gas meter went further than it registered at pick up.
bertha dMonte was helpful, friendly, and polite. The truck was much better than any I've used before. Pickup and return was quick and easy. When I need a truck again, I will be back to Monte.
