I don’t appreciate U-Haul changing my pick up location for my truck at the last minute for no reason. I purposely had my truck to be picked up at my storage unit because they have U-Haul there, so it would be easier to get my things out of storage. U-Haul moved my pick up location out the blue and without any explanation as to why they did it. Then I was forced to use the mobile app to get my truck because no one was at this new pick up location which was a pain in the rear end. This was a terrible experience, you shouldn’t just change people’s pick up location without their consent or a valid reason! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

Mr.Montgomery was a very nice gentleman to deal with and very friendly. There was one small issue, the appliance dolly was missing but he called around and found one and went to get it which I was very appreciative of him for doing. Every thing else went smoothly and if ever needed another rental I will definitely use and if ask I will recommend him
