I used this location because it was convenient. There was no clear location inside the building that was for U-Haul but the area I was taken to to complete the rental on their tablet looked like an open storage area for trash, opened and unopened merchandise boxes, and just a total mess. Even though I only rented a car trailer, I believe the very poor and disorganized condition of the store is an indication of the attention and care provided the trucks at the facility. I will not be using this location again.

Excellent service a convenient location for my location
Dante CThe personnel who received the rental truck back at this location must not have checked in until the next day. We were charged for another day even though we returned the truck when it was due back. It was logged back in the following morning.
RANDALL WThey could not use their device to check me in, they struggled to communicate in English, they offered no help with where to return the trailer, their store was an appalling experience. I then received multiple calls from your call center the next day challenging me as to why I had not returned the trailer! Awful customer experience!! Go ahead and keep my payment. I’m sure your company needs my money more than my future business.
