Trailer had funny smell
Jonathan GStaff not very helpful. Had to insist that they come out and unhook my trailer and inspect it to confirm I had not damaged it. They were not busy but seemed slow to help me. I did get my receipt email the next day.
john lI've rented from this location a couple times due to convenience but every time I show up the employees seem surprised and annoyed that I have a reservation. I was even told once that the person wasn't there to help me but then they went in the back room and got him.
