Staff not very helpful. Had to insist that they come out and unhook my trailer and inspect it to confirm I had not damaged it. They were not busy but seemed slow to help me. I did get my receipt email the next day.

I've rented from this location a couple times due to convenience but every time I show up the employees seem surprised and annoyed that I have a reservation. I was even told once that the person wasn't there to help me but then they went in the back room and got him.
Ashley Kso the only reason I would recommend this location is it seems like a lot of the locations in my area have gone away..
Skylar JGuy behind counter wasn’t really helpful. I only had a trailer to drop off so it wasn’t a big deal. Just could have been a bit more helpful.
Heath HI really wish the gas tank would have been fully filled at pick up. It just makes it easier to refill a tank rather than playing the guessing game and not wanting to over fill. Unfortunately I did not fill it up enough. So after putting gas in I was still charged for gas. At a much higher rate. Just leaves a poor impression.
