I've rented from this location a couple times due to convenience but every time I show up the employees seem surprised and annoyed that I have a reservation. I was even told once that the person wasn't there to help me but then they went in the back room and got him.

so the only reason I would recommend this location is it seems like a lot of the locations in my area have gone away..
Skylar JGuy behind counter wasn’t really helpful. I only had a trailer to drop off so it wasn’t a big deal. Just could have been a bit more helpful.
Heath HI really wish the gas tank would have been fully filled at pick up. It just makes it easier to refill a tank rather than playing the guessing game and not wanting to over fill. Unfortunately I did not fill it up enough. So after putting gas in I was still charged for gas. At a much higher rate. Just leaves a poor impression.
Jonathan CThe people were fine but the whole process was a disaster in terms of whoever runs the booking and central management. They hav e no sense of reality or clue as to the area. They CHANGED a booking to more than 45 minutes away for a pickup location THE MORNING of the rental—needless to say it caused enormous stress and took multiple phone calls to correct.
