The U-Haul App is awful. Had a terrible time trying to upload pictures, eventually had to call for help to bypass that and get the truck rented. This was just a day rental. A few weeks ago my wife rented a truck for a cross country trip and we had similar difficulties with the app then. We were at a physical dealer location at that time and they cold not even help.

The rate I booked online was not honored. The pick up and drop off was complicated, the website glitched several times throughout the process, the storage unit book via uHaul was not available.
