Nothing available as far as boxes, hand trucks, tape. The truck was dirty and damaged including broken convex mirror on passenger side. Passenger side mirror would not stay adjusted and couldn’t be tightened. Had to have stickers placed on damage and have location sweep out the truck before I could leave. I still hate your random fuel level return. It makes refilling for return a pain in the ass and no, your filling estimates on the receipt are bullshit!

1. Don't expect me to drive so far to get the truck and make me pay for the gas to transfer your truck for you! 2. Don't make me have to beg for extra miles because you don't transfer your own trucks to convenient locations anymore! 3. Don't use the stupid 24/7 share using locations that have no supplies or dollies available! 4.. Don't falsify fuel level. I had to force the manager at pickup to correct fuel level. 5. Actually check to make sure all equipment from the previous renter is removed from truck BEFORE I arrive! 6. Put truck on lot where I can check the back of the truck BEFORE I leave! Back of truck was extender over a ditch and I couldn't check it. 7. Have management show up for 8:00 pickup not make me wait because they weren't interested enough to show up on time. 8. Hire people who don't sit in their car getting high right next to you while waiting for manager. 9. Honor confirmations. Pickup locations changed between multiple far away locations art least four times! 10. My time is valuable. If you want me to spend two hours of my time to transfer your truck then pay me. 11. I will only ever rent fromm U-Haul again if I have no other option!

Linne WTeh U-haul trailer needs a crackable handle to unhook camper with out handing to pick it up attached. I had to take trailer off for a bit of time before loading it so had to get help to put it on a block then get it back on my vehicle before our trip.

Valeria MI had to drive over 30 miles to this location because the main location in my town had nothing, but I didn't know that until AFTER I signed up. Next time I'll check with another company before I commit to renting.

robert sMy pick-up location was changed twice within the last 24-hrs prior to pick-up time. My reservation was for a pick-up location near the Univ of Alabama campus where my daughter was graduating that day. The change of pick-up location to a town 40 miles away, at a store that closed at 12 noon, meant my husband had to leave to pick the truck up before our daughter crossed the stage at graduation. To make matters worse, the man at the pick-up location was clueless. We did not receive the pads or the dolly that we ordered and the truck was dirty. This was a VERY BAD experience.

I have called uhaul twice regarding this and still no return call!!!!!!!! Ended up leaving $1000's of dollars worth of electronics and flat screen tvs behind. Now trying to find out how to get them to Wyoming. Guess I will call budget or Penske and rent a waterproof trailer from them. I had heard they had more reliable equipment. Should have just gone with one of them in the first place!!!!!
JAMES SI will never rent from Uhaul again.I made the reservation a month in advance for a truck in Starkville, Mississippi. I was called the day before the pickup to learn I was to pickup 65 miles away from my necessary Starkville location. We had to drive another 2.5 hours total to pickup in a different state - Alabama that we did not expect to visit. No warning or alternative locations were offered. I will tell everyone to use Penske.
CHARLES LI had requested a pickup in Tuscaloosa and was told to pick up the UHaul 25 miles away!! The people working their were very nice and I have nothing against the specific site. However, I think that a reservation made for a specific city should be picked up in that city. Especially when the reservation is made a month in advance.
ANDREW GI lived in Tuscaloosa, AL and there were several U-Haul locations in the area, but yet I had to make a 50 mile round-trip (to Gordo an then back to Tuscaloosa) to get the auto carrier. To me this was totally unsatisfactory, plus with the price of gasoline made the matter even worse. I was very displeased with this type of service and would not recommend U-Haul to any of my friends or associates, and will look to other rental businesses in the future.
