KIMBERLY GThis was our second truck being dispatched. Mind you we had reservations to pickup on Skyland Blvd. Inspection done on the vehicle we discovered both hub seals in the drive ties were leaking badly and it wasn't safe to drive. After a long wait and a rude Manager we ended up in Gordo to pickup yet another truck, only to call roadside assistance and way almost 2 more hours due to a flat tire on the truck. Proper inspection is an essential key to all returns and departures of equipment. The frustration of moving should be added to by faulty equipment throwing you 6 plus hours back especially when you had reservations for the specific day, time and equipment.
