The lady that helped us was extremely helpful and sweet and I was very pleased with her and her prompt service. However, the truck we received was in awful condition & traveled extremely poorly and I honestly was terrified to drive it due to the way it was driving. I did let the location know and they said they were looking for another truck in our path and I never heard back. This truck was not up to standard nor do I believe it was worth all the money we had to spend. No other truck was available. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. This vehicle was a safety issue. I’d love to speak about a refund or partial refund due to what we had to endure. Thanks.
