This location expected me to hitch the 1,920 lb 6x12 trailer myself - way too much dead lift for one average person.

RICKIE NThis site went above and beyond, because the equipment reserved wasn't on the truck that was delivered for our use. They made it work, although it required us accepting used blankets and to make another stop at a different location to get the missing dollys. Also, U-Haul, not this pick up location, wouldn't confirm that we even HAD a truck for our reserved use until the day before it was needed, leaving us on edge until then as to what to do if not.
Frances PDid not order from this location. Ordered from a spot 2 minutes from the place we were moving from, only to be sent an email by U-Haul the day before our move that the address changed to this place (40 extra minutes of driving). When we arrived, we were told there was no dolley even though you reserved one. The front desk wasn’t going to offer a solution until I let her know how disappointing this was. I was sent away in the U-Haul to another location to get a dolley. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes for a guy to get back from lunch. Totally threw off our entire schedule and experience as we had to rush everywhere and didn’t get to say proper goodbyes to friends and family. Truck was fine but will certainly consider other options for our next move. Just can’t really on the lack of transparency and last minute changes even with a reservation months in advance.

DONALD JWe were told that we had to go to this location for them to remove the carrier off of the truck. My 60+ yr old husband had to take it off because they refused. With a bad back and knees and after driving 15hrs. This is totally unacceptable. We will be calling corporate.
John MIt didn’t feel like much of a location. If it wasn’t for the other trucks sitting there I would have had no idea it was a location at all.

LLOYD CHave room to leave equipments and for backing up if its needed. Also have drop off box visible and customer shouldn't have to walk in mud or high grass.
Sherry LWe dropped our truck off after hours. Not one sign on the building indicating it was a UHaul facility though there were many UHaul trucks and trailers in a lot next door. The key drop box also lacked any indication of of it being the right place to put the keys and no signage indicating that either. It was dark when we dropped the truck off so maybe I missed something? I tried to put "Not Applicable" to the "Was the location clean and inviting?" and "Were the personnel helpful?" and "Would you recommend this location to a friend?" questions in the survey because we dropped the rental truck off after hours but it wouldn't let me submit the survey with the "Not Applicable" buttons selected. Sorry guys!
Daniel BThe truck was not clean upon pickup. There was miscellaneous trash, including what looked like chicken bones in the back, like someone had been staying in there.

I will NEVER rent a U-Haul again! Plus I was to get a call about this issue and surprise surprise…. No call. No help! Never again!
