Reply back to customers. I was double charged and have not. I was refunded almost a week later . This is poor customer service, manager at drop said that on uhaul to contact back . I’m in need of answers soon.

You moved my location several miles further from my house. The gentleman that was working here was great, but I was not happy about the switch when I reserved my truck weeks ago.

Walter ZIt seemed like they were more worried about no extra insurance than what customers want plus, would have been little better with help hooking up trailer.
JEREMY BTook an extra $10 for gas and I had brought the truck the same way as I took it with a quarter tank and I have pictures as proof.
