Friendly people and a good location.
DAVID BThere was no designated U-Haul drop box for keys. It was unclear where truck should actually be parked…we parked it in the back with cars needing to be serviced. There was also limited cellular data connection to complete return; however, after calling U-Haul this was easily remedied by using the website vs the iPhone app. Location was also closed on Sundays.
KRISTAN RThey lied about miles. I returned the truck after hours and re over a bill for 10 extra miles. Funny I took a pictures of the odemeter in there parking lot. I am in the process of reporting to the attorney generals office for fraud.

INBUM Lreturned the trailer at 2 PM on 10/28, the same day I picked it up. Why did Motovated Auto Repair charge an "after hours service fee" of $20? It was the middle of the business day!

todd bHave 10 foot trucks available. I got stuck with a 17 foot truck that had 162,000 miles on it, so it guzzled gas. The battery died and there was lots of corrosion on the terminal cables.
Keturah KThis was not the closet location to my unloading site. I dropped my rental off 2 hours earlier than scheduled and there still was no one there and no directions on where to park the truck.
Jason BIt is not about the location staff super nice and friendly. That truck was not driving safe. Steering way off zero shocks felt like a death trap. Also I was called Friday night saying my original location did not have the truck back so was given Hookset location. I did not think of it at the time but why did I have to pay for the driven miles to return it when my original location was next to place we were ending day.

Anita LIssue is with the UHaul app. If location services isn't turned on for UHaul, the app allows you to turn it on and resume. This is great. However, if the camera is not turned on (I needed to take a photo as there was new damage to the UHaul prior to renting it), then once I turned on the camera, the app terminated and I could no longer add photos or anything else at that point.
Robert GI returned the trailer six days early and then received an invoice yesterday for a late fee. I then spent an hour on hold, talked to two representatives without resolving the problem.
MARK HI would recommend this location to anyone who needed a moving truck. Staff was very cordial, professional and made the rent quite easy.
David SThe location was very convenient for me. The vehicle was clean and accessible. I found the process to be extremely frustrating. I felt like I had to input the same information multiple times to pick the vehicle up. I was not told (either explicitly or somewhere I would in fact read or see it) I would have to go through a bunch of hoops at the time of pick-up. It took me almost 30 minutes just to get the key and there wasn't great cell phone service in the area. Streamlining the process would make things a little easier. However, other than that it was a good experience and I don't feel like I incurred any outlandish or unnecessary charges. Uhaul has always been good to me.
Zachary BThere was some confusion as I checked in on my phone app and the person at the counter said it looks like my truck was already picked up by me when I went to get the key. They sorted it out and got my key for me but there is a disconnect between checking in on my phone and the information the person at the counter had.
Michelle Mmake sure the supply's that were on the reservation are there (furniture dolly's) were not there had to go 4 miles out of the way to get them.
adam sCheck the truck has the correct mileage and gas with customer before printing the paper and customer signs.
Britney Monly suggestion would be to have a few more trailer options but the staff and owner were very helpful and came out and attached the trailer and checked it over for me.
