There was no designated U-Haul drop box for keys. It was unclear where truck should actually be parked…we parked it in the back with cars needing to be serviced. There was also limited cellular data connection to complete return; however, after calling U-Haul this was easily remedied by using the website vs the iPhone app. Location was also closed on Sundays.

They lied about miles. I returned the truck after hours and re over a bill for 10 extra miles. Funny I took a pictures of the odemeter in there parking lot. I am in the process of reporting to the attorney generals office for fraud.

Allison MSketcy. location for a pick up. it took. 1.5 hrs to actually pick up the uhaul because the app was not working and the person on the phone at uhaul could not help and they staff at the place was not helpful.
