Only complaint is the inability to guarantee that a trailer will be available. I understand that equipment is transient, but I was told that even with my reserved trailer type arriving on lot there was no guarantee that they would be able to ensure it was there a day later. All worked out alright but proved to be a source of stress during moving.

The truck was fine when we picked it up, and Dave was very friendly and helpful. Two days later when he got on the highway, the check engine light came on. We called the main office and they were helpful in walking us through it.

The truck would violently shake at certain speeds. Hopefully it’s fixed before anyone else drives it. Their computer system was down upon returning the truck. We didn’t anticipate having to make two trips because only a small truck was available so we were charged a dollar per mile beyond what we thought we needed which ended up being well over $300 more than original cost. I feel that was excessive.

I have always used U-Haul. Great customer service, app is easy to use, staff is very accomodating if I have any last minute changes, especially during bad weather since I live in the high range of the Rockies, pickup and return are extremely easy, making reservations is extremely easy. Great job guys!
