Dave got us the truck we wanted! I requested a truck on line and was informed by U-Haul that it wasn't available and needed to rent a much larger one. When I got there, Dave rented us the truck we requested. The rental was quick and easy as was the return. Thank you.
Kurt DWe arrived with the truck and were met by a man with a dog. There was no greeting, he immediately mentioned we would be charged a cleaning fee for pet hair. We do not have pets; the hair was present when we picked up the truck, but we did not take photos at the time of pick up. He also pointed out mud in the truck. There was some, due to the conditions, the lot is unpaved and it was snowing/raining throughout the day, making it very muddy. We cleaned it as thoroughly as we could under the circumstances. Overall, the interaction felt unwelcoming and not very professional.
