BRADLEY JCell phone reception was awful. This made it impossible to use the mobile app to return the truck. I had to call customer service and it took my over 39 mins to return the truck.
Joshua CWhen I returned the trailer early (on 1/20/25), I had to disconnect the trailer my self, and I have back problems with prior surgeries. As of today, I have still not received my final invoice, reflecting I returned the trailer early.
William HTrailer did not have trailer lock pin, I had to make my own. Location lied to me multiple times about drop off location. Only one employee has the u-haul login info so if they're not there, they can't help you. Location did not confirm my drop off. I will not be using this location again. Overall experience was so bad, I bought my own equipment so that I don't have to use u-haul again.

Kenneth GThe U-Haul in Sultan should never have rented me the Auto Transport Trailor to haul my Toyota 4Runner. The straps did not fit over the tires with any strap left to fix the auto to the Auto Transport. As a result, the U-Haul closest to me that took the reservation would not take the Auto Transport back! Even though I reserved it there in Kirkland, WA which was 1 mile from my home. And was forced to go 40 miles away to get the Auto Transport to begin with. As a result of all this inconvenience, I was forced by U-Haul to haul the Auto Transport to my destination without my Toyota 4Runner. I was not given a refund though I deserve a full refund of $233.00. Then when I got to my final destination, I brought the vehicle to a U-Haul dealer after they called me several times to return it. I did so on time. They had the gall to secretly charge me $65.00 for something, I don't know what it was for. They never said they were going to charge me for anything. I just noticed, on my next statement that they illegally charged money for something. Furthermore, I found another illegal charge on my account at a Circle K store in Kirkland to which I have never been. Basically, you owe me $233.00. Please send me this refund. Thank you. John RTruck was filthy inside and out, check engine light came on just after leaving the pickup location, called them to see what I should do and I was told to take a picture of it and continue driving the truck. The truck sounded like it had a bad wheel bearing or something, very loud whining noise
Michael W1st time I used this location, attendant came out and did the inspection while I was there. Not so this time, had to download app to turn in. Made requested pictures and could not find key drop box, left key with Chevron market attendant. I hooe all is well.

Alison SWindshield was dirty, the cargo area was dirty, there was only 7/8 of a tank of fuel, and after leaving the lot we noticed the right stop turn signal did not work. Other than that the truck ran fine
RitchIe HI had the trailer for 6 hours to the minute, which should have cost ~$24.00. I received an invoice for over $130 because the agent did not check in the trailer until the week after I returned it. I have not yet recieved a refund. To do different? DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!

Matthew BI let the attendant know the rental equipment I reserved did not come with the truck and he just said “my boss will email you”. The only email I got was a receipt for being charged for the extra gas, which again, should have been factored into the fact that you guys made me drive 30 minutes away from Lynnwood, then turn around and go back to Lynnwood, then to sultan.
