Gas station attendant couldn't comprehend that trailer was going to be driven directly to another u-haul location. Never inspected vehicle that was going to be towing the trailer or took any photos before hand.

Hello good morning I picked up a trailer from you few days ago which was on 05-08-2026 and returned 05-09-2026 I can see that you are saying I returned on the 05-11-2026 and charging me $260 for it and my reference #27374938 you better fix it. Thank you They are extorting people from this place
ERICSON IGreat drop off point. Easy to see from the road and the staff quickly unhitched the trailer so we were on our way!

Richard CNo check in. Employee didn't seem to know anything about returning the trailer other than telling me to park it anywhere there was a spot. No paper work and no inspection. He said the person who handled Uhaul returns wasn't there.
