I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with U-Haul rentals, but this was not one of them. As a matter of fact, it was the best one I’ve had. The most helpful, friendly, attentive attendant I’ve ever interacted with.

Forgive me, but I do not remember the lady's name. Anyway, she was very pleasant and courteous. She explained things well and answered any questions we had. Five stars for sure!!!!

It wasn't a problem with this location, but I had reserved a location closer to my storage unit, and the reservation was changed to this location. That increased the cost of my rental due to mileage. Overall, it wasn't a HUGE issue, but it still cost me more. You shouldn't be able to reserve vehicles unless they are available.

As close to a perfect experience that I could expect. The service representative was friendly and cordial. The 24 hour rental price was extremely fair. If I would make one suggestion, I would recommend having different gas rates for mileage. Example 1 to 100 miles 1.39/mile; 100 to 150 miles 1.29/hour; 150 to 200 1.19/hour.

I was very impressed on how clean the vehicle was. It still smelled new, but it had almost 20k miles on it. Interior was spotless. I have taken delivery from other locations and they are very messy. This will always be my rental location choice. Agent was very professional

The only issue I had was with UHaul, the pick up and delivery of my Truck and Car Carrier, two locations for the pick up were 20 miles apart and finding a drop off location close to me wasn't easy. 1 was 30 miles away the other was full. But we got ur done. Other than that a job well done by all. Pickup location attendant was very helpful. Cheers Russ

Park trucks a little more apart. When I picked up my truck the mirror was almost touching the truck next to it. An inexperienced driver may have issues maneuvering the truck out

The customer service at this location is a 10/10. They are helpful and always ready to answer any questions or help solve any issues I may have. I have rented from this location before and if you need to rent a truck this should be your go to.

My truck was on empty at pickup. I know they got hit with people siphoning fuel the night before. It was very inconvenient for me to have to get fuel immediately after leaving the lot before I ran out of gas. I am not sure what could be done differently, since it was not the fault of U-Haul that people stole the fuel. Maybe lock up the trucks or something?

No improvements necessary. The woman who helped me book a truck Friday afternoon to use on Saturday did a phenomenal job. She was so kind and provided more than enough information and options to help me find exactly what I needed. Their selection of trucks gave me a wide variety to find the perfect size for my move. Mountain View Puyallup was a very nice location, it’s not the location I have a problem with. Why isn’t there a button for “Would you recommend U-Haul to a friend?” The answer there is NO. I had four different reservations because your trucks were not available as advertised. As I learned this week, U-Haul vehicles are not reserved, only flagged for use *if the previous customer decides to bring it back on time. But if the previous customer does not return it, or returns it on an empty tank—both of which happened to me—instead of taking ownership of the service U-Haul providing, U-Haul instead passes the issue onto the next customer. If I reserve a certain vehicle at a certain location, U-Haul should have enough trucks and drivers on hand to ensure the reservation. If vehicles shouldn’t be out of gas, then U-Haul should fill it before the next customer comes. Instead, I had to change locations (three times!), and I had to fill the tank immediately after pickup. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, but all I really want is to get what I reserved!

Excellent customer service by Chris. He was very understanding and reassured us through the process made it that much easier... The people we rented from in hoquiam did not help us at all Chris made our moving experience that much better I would recommend him any day and well recommend him to family and friends.

I was to have picked up my van at McClendon’s in sumner but my reservation was changed to the location listed above which added miles to this rental. Was told when at McClendon’s that I would receive a 10 mile credit but when I dropped off the van I was charged the additional mileage I was lied to all the way around!

Very Poor Experience. We rented a truck and confirmed multiple times. When we arrived it was not there. We waited for many hours only to find out the best that could be done was a truck the following day. Due to nature of our business it created a big problem and nothing was done about it on the part of Uhaul outside of a "sorry, we are out of trucks". Will most likely not be using Uhual moving forward after the experience.

It would be nice to have it open at 6am. We had a few times we got down early & had to wait..butcstill glad it opened at least at 7am. We enjoyed the workers & felt they were always helpful.

We had an excellent experience with Mountain View Self Storage. The facility is clean, well lit and has easy access to/from the highway. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful with our many questions. The sign-up process was easy as well as the check-out and the prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mountain View to anyone with storage needs.

Had an issue with mice getting into the unit and making a mess of things on more than one occasion. Staff was helpful and did give us a discount due to the mice, but it is outside storage.
