This was the worst experience I had with U-Haul. Our one way trip from puyallup to Everett was changed last minute after making the reservation days in advance, resulting in us using a local U-Haul to drive back and forth. A nice lady at Mountain View offered us a discount for this trouble but when we returned no one was there to help us.

Heath LThe customer service was very good but the truck performance was very poor.
Penny SWe were charged double what we were quoted and we did not approve the second charge to our credit card. We were given a way larger truck when we had ordered a van, and the overall experience was awful. We are so disappointed and frankly upset.
