Thank you for your excellent service if you could check into my last truck rental a few weeks ago I rented a 17 foot truck but I didn't use a extra dolly and yet it was a lot more expensive and I had the truck last time if you could check into that for me thank you so much I think it might've been overcharged the first time.

Better email, website and application integration needed. Entering then re-entering one's information as a result of poor IT integration is frustrating. I set up the reservation, the email link should start at logging into the system.

My biggest problem was with the system that you are using to track and handle rentals. Every time I spoke with a person they were nice but the email communication that followed never matched the conversation. I spoke with mote that 4 people and and each time the email that followed for confirmation did not match up. Both finding a truck that I wanted and finding a location were hard and finding a drop off location and dropping off was hard.

They will lie to you. Send you all over the place to get what they promise, guarantee to have for you with no compensation for the delays and hassles they impose on you. Uhaul is a company of no integrity at all. They will not respond to complaints at all.

If you make a reservation online DO NOT EXPECT to get what you order. UHaul doesn't know what they are taking reservations for (or doesn't bother to track them) so they will change out your reserved truck for a smaller one the night before you are picking it up!!! So you will have to be ready to change your plans because they can tell what large trucks they will have at any given time. Our experience was that we reserved a 20 ft truck for a 600 mile round-trip and they couldn't deliver one and “didn't have any larger trucks, all they had was a 15 ft truck at a different pickup location”, so we had to make two 600-mile trips to get all the stuff to the new house. We were lucky enough to have the flexibility to do the added 10-hour drive/trips.

The receiving attendant (can't say enough good things about him), realized that I needed a 26 foot truck, but was only able to get a 20 foot truck and that caused me to need to make two trips. He got on the phone to his supervisor and made things good. I really liked my experience with U Haul. I thank everyone involved.

There was a problem with the uhaul.com/share website as my device was not able to upload the fuel photo that was required to complete the return through the site. Luckily, the site representative had just stepped out of the office and was able to complete the return on his device. If the representative had not been there this would have not ended in a positive experience.

Truck exterior was filthy - interior was clean. Also, I only drove 14 miles but had to put over 4 gallons of gas in the van. Paid for the miles at .79 cents per and another $12 in fuel from the gas station.

Poor reservation process and then it was changed at last minute due to supposed accident? Very confusing billing with lots of hidden charges we had to catch and reject! Overall very disappointing experience with u haul.

The location was not the problem. The problem was that the brake/tire caught on fire the first time I drove the truck after renting it. It doesn't seem that the vehicles are inspected after each use.

The 24/7 pick up is not user friendly, took over 45 minutes to do. Had to retake pictures at least 5 times.

This location was great but Uhaul's customer service on the phone is terrible. I was promised a 26' foot truck for $39. I was then called by Uhaul advised they don't have one available and only a 20' is available but for same price $39. I asked for compensation and they said they couldn't do that without pulling the phone conversation and let me know. I said please pull it and call me back. I never got a call back. I then called and advised the wrong pick up location is on the email. I need to pick up in Graham but the email says Spanaway. The customer rep said it is Graham but it comes up Spanaway because of the location proximity. I Then tried to pick up the next day and it wasn't the right location. I called and now only a 15' is available in Graham. I then went through my whole story what I've been through. They looked through their database and found a 26' in Puyallup available. I went to pick up and the final charge came to $111 instead of the $39 plus mileage as originally quoted. I need to talk to somebody about this terrible experience and getting overcharged from the original quote. Chris Tipton 253-468-4606

Self check in was very SLOW. System glitches had to contract U haul customer service. Took over 35 minutes to get truck. Got the truck home and only had 6 of the 12 blankets requested and there was a hand truck in back which we did not request. We also hired 2 people for 3 hours through the u haul website and were extremely dissatisfied. They were 2.5 hours late, dressed unprofessional (wore flip flops) performed poorly (carried light items) had to direct them on what to do constantly and they broke my wooden cabinet.

Truck trailer light hookup was not working, had to call uhaul roadside assistance to fix the problem. Two hour later was finally abe to get going. NOT a good way to start the move. The fact that I had to call from a uhaul location was not a good at all. Your customer service needs to be improved.

First, I was notified just a few hours before pick up time that the vehicle I reserved was being repaired - the exhaust was about to fall off. I was asked to come a little later than my scheduled pick up time. Minutes before my arrival, I received another call telling me the truck would not be available and that I could take a smaller truck or they could look for another 20' vehicle. It was most unfortunate that I had movers for a very short amount of time the next morning. With very little help, and limited time (I did not have time for two trips) the smaller vehicle was just too small. I had to be out of my place on the 14th. No other vehicles were available. Kaylin was very kind and compassionate given my emotional state which was over the top. Finally, it was agreed I would take the vehicle initially intended for me and was provided the number should something occur with the exhaust. Next, I was to have been given a $50 credit for my troubles - thank you Larry. I returned the truck on time the next day and the young woman working could not get the computer system to work, therefore I was not able to sign off on the charges pertaining to my rental. This morning I received an email telling me I'm being charged $50 as a guarantee reservation???? What is that. Also, I rented only 6 blankets and 1 dolly. Kaylin specifically left a note stating not to double charge me on these items. But, I was double charged on both counts. Needless to say, in comparison to my first, second and third time using UHaul, this experience left me feeling raw, frustrated and very upset. Now I have been overcharged, not given the credit promised and now have to call your office during my work day to resolve this. I give kudos to Kaylin for doing her best. However, the condition of this vehicle should have been taken care of long before it got to this point. Who handles your fleet management??? I would like a call this morning to have these circumstances, and overbillings explained to me and how you plan to resolve them. Thank you, Laurie Miller 253-267-9656

I was informed that uhaul vans have incredibly increased scrutiny for damage, compared to the trucks. We felt it necessary to spend a good 30min poring over the exterior and interior of the van looking for every last scratch, ding, dent, scuff, mark, and bruise, and documenting every last one, so I wouldn't be billed for damages I didn't cause. It's a moving van for crying out loud! things shift, boxes get dragged,minor wear is going to happen. I was sent into a mild panic because I accidentally bumped the roof with my broom handle a few times while sweeping out the interior. Needless to say, I won't be renting a van from UHaul again.

Everything was good. But when I return the Uhaul @Seattle I was said that I couldn't return my 1-way rental there. I was able to check out in the end at the location, but I felt bad that the manager was troubled by my return being trouble for their location.

Very poor service. Booked online a week in advance at one location. Was called by uhaul the day before my scheduled pick up saying that I would need to pick up from a different location that was out of my way. Customer service rep told me she would credit me 20 miles since location was out of my way. When I returned truck and checked out online. The credit was not on there. I disputed charge online and was told I would be contacted in 48 hours. It has been 2 weeks and still no call. However my card was charged.

Had an issue with mice getting into the unit and making a mess of things on more than one occasion. Staff was helpful and did give us a discount due to the mice, but it is outside storage.
