On the online check in and vehicle pick up, ok service however the information needed to get the vehicle needs to be upfront and not revealed after being in the parking lot. Most people don't always walk around with a passport in hand. And the call to a contact meant waking someone up at 8 am who was unaware it was happening.. had this been known in advance the accurate prep could have been done before sitting in the parking lot.

If "Holiday hours," that it show both online at U-Haul as well as posted at the door. We rented theU-Haul to begin at 9:00 a.m. and were there promptly at 9 a.m. only to find the location CLOSED. In addition, the door had a printed Open lettering 9-7, and a personal sign attached to the door saying, "Back again at 9 a.m." We called U-Haul and were told that they didnt know why the location wasn't open. They tried to find us another location, and gave us one 20 minutes away! We said no, we will just have to wait, and NOT pay additional mileage. Moreover, the men we hired to load and unload our furnishings had to wait an extra hour and 15 minutes, which we had to pay for, no thanks to U-Haul! And too, supposedly, after filling in my credit card info and driver's license information online, I was assured that I would not have to show these identities to the counter person..."Saving me time," and yet I had to give her my credit card anyway. The clerk told me that their location did not have that capability! The truck was sticky inside and unclean. I lost time and I lost money!

BUT, when I go online to reserve a particular vehicle and everything seems to check out, don't call me and tell me that the vehicle is no longer available at that location and tell me that I have to go to another location. First time customer at this location. It totally slipped my mind that I was reserving a Uhaul truck for a holiday. That being said, I received a call from the office to convert my reservation from “standard” to 24hr share. The agent sent links to assist me for review prior to my arrival. Steps were very clear and I was able to retrieve my keys from the lockbox via assigned access code. Took a few photos, for the online assistant approval and off I went. Returning the truck was just as simple. Definitely will be a repeat customer whenever I need to rent a truck!

When I went to pick it up, it was not parked in the location the online login was saying. The key box was hidden on a sign 50 yards away with no explanation. The location had no one there at 1145. At 440 it had someone inside but the doors were locked and would not come to open or try to assist. The open sign was on the whole time. Worst experience ive had from uhaul BY FAR!!

They were very slow in getting to me, almost 30-minutes. The trailer had not been cleaned out. Had parts and some junk in it. Then when I turned it in, they over charged me. When I tried to get the invoice corrected the site was rude and hung up on me. I did call UHaul to get it taken care of but this site was very bad and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Just wanted to express my concern on auto trailers not having a lock on the hitch.. should really be part of the trailer. Since we the customer are renting it because we do not want to purchase a trailer let alone lock for he trailer

The truck was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Dog hair cigarette ashes I drink spilled all over the window dirty socks underneath the seat absolutely unacceptable. Also the keys were not left out in the lock box so we had to wait for the representative to return from lunch. Then when he returned he wanted to argue with me that it was not his responsibility to clean out the truck. I just simply walked out because I was not going to argue with him.

1) I've been to this location three times. Each time the door is locked and no one is in the store during posted business hours. Makes planning a move very hard and frustrating. 2) when I picked up the trailer I was met with heavy resistance and an attitude because I wanted to pick up the trailer too close to closing time. 3) the customer service rep never took his Apple headphones out of his ears while assisting us. 4) we ordered moving blankets and didn't get them. When I tried getting a refund from this location, he refused to help me and said only UHaul can issue refunds, which I confirmed with UHaul is not true. 5) the trailer we rented had bad wiring that was causing a fuse to break on our vehicle, taking out lights on the entire trailer and tail lights on the left side of the vehicle. Replaced the fuse, and it tripped one minute later. Not safe.

I wanted to know if $25 would be would be taken of the total balance for leaving the truck clean as well as for sweeping the back, asking because I seen a paper that said if the box was to be swept and be cleaned $25 would be return.

We did web check in and I specifically requested to use a different method of payment and wanted to use my credit card because I forgot it at home. I was supposed to be contacted “within 48 hours” to complete my transaction from U-Haul but I was automatically charged to the card on file regardless of what I said. You have overdrafted our checking account thanks to this. As I said I just needed to give my credit card info but no one ever contacted me they just charged my debit card on file. Not happy at all!! Thank you for the overdraft fee! Why do this online check in if you don't pay any attention to what it says?? Waste of time. U-Haul evidently just wants it's $20 fee to go through an agent to get it right!

I received the truck with a sticky substance in part of the cargo area. Other parts had garbage, mayo packets, and pieces of broken glass. Maybe this was a one off but all truck cargo areas should be inspected in between rental to assure the area is clean and ready for the next customer to use.

The truck had clearly been used and not cleaned or inspected by Uhaul afterwards. I went inside to get my key after I did mobile check in and showed my phone to the guy at the counter but he demanded my license, never said please or thank you once. Not even have a nice day...zero customer service.

You need a question about scheduling. UHaul website scheduling stinks. They overbook every reservation. We reserved a 15 ft UHaul but were called as we were on our way to get it. Then they booked us for a 10ft one. Come to find out it was double booked too. Thankfully someone cancelled and we were able to book the original 15 ft. So I would rate your scheduling an F!! The lady that handled the paperwork at the location was amazing and very helpful. If not for her we would been out of luck today!

There was mistake with my charges. I was charged for 3 days when I only had the uhaul for 2 days. I contacted uhaul and filed a dispute. I was told someone would reach out to me once the correction was made on 2 separate occasions. No one has called me back. And now I'm going to have to dispute the late fee if they don't call me today. I am not paying until my bill is corrected.
