Vehicle has No Brakes. Had to drive extra slow. Vehicle struggled with a light load to haul. Vehicle was issued to me with Zero Fuel. Vehicle couldn't charge a phone. Worst UHaul experience ever. I will never rent from this place again.

The latch for the cargo door was extremely difficult to close and would take multiple tried to successfully close the latch. Need either lube or replacement of latch.
