Don't allow the online reservation system to arrange for 24/7 pickup outside the location's normal operating hours. I requested an 8am pickup and the online reservation system made that seem possible. I went to the location at 8amd (they didn't open until 9am) and after logging into my online account and going through the process to pickup, got a message saying that the pickup was converted to an "in-person" pick and to come back during the locations operating hours. Very frustrating and cost me an hour-plus of my time. That said, the representative at the location - young hispanic woman - was apologetic even though it didn't appear to be her fault. She alone turned this into a pleasant experience.James E.

Store front personnel weren't as "friendly" as the other locations in the area, kinda blunt and dry ..lol. They were professional and got me taken care. All in all it's a good location. Parking lot was a breeze.Joe G.
The young lady was a little abrasive at first but then was really helpful about what to do with the issues that I discovered after traveling over 1K miles with no trailer lightsedward H.

everything was great here, the ladies were very helpful, explained everything, only tif I had was they handle no cash, which to be far we could of dropped it off elsewhere and received our $100 cash deposit back, and they did let us know that option was available. we choose to get a check sent back to us within 10 business days.Dylan Y.

I set up a reservation for a 1 way trip from Humble to Katy with a 26 foot trailer but the rep at the location advised the only one they had on site had to be returned to the same location. This required an extra trip from Katy back to Humble I wasn't planning on or expecting and required me to pay more in mileage and gas than what I'd intended.Scott O.

On the online check in and vehicle pick up, ok service however the information needed to get the vehicle needs to be upfront and not revealed after being in the parking lot. Most people don't always walk around with a passport in hand. And the call to a contact meant waking someone up at 8 am who was unaware it was happening.. had this been known in advance the accurate prep could have been done before sitting in the parking lot.Terrence M.

If "Holiday hours," that it show both online at U-Haul as well as posted at the door. We rented theU-Haul to begin at 9:00 a.m. and were there promptly at 9 a.m. only to find the location CLOSED. In addition, the door had a printed Open lettering 9-7, and a personal sign attached to the door saying, "Back again at 9 a.m." We called U-Haul and were told that they didnt know why the location wasn't open. They tried to find us another location, and gave us one 20 minutes away! We said no, we will just have to wait, and NOT pay additional mileage. Moreover, the men we hired to load and unload our furnishings had to wait an extra hour and 15 minutes, which we had to pay for, no thanks to U-Haul! And too, supposedly, after filling in my credit card info and driver's license information online, I was assured that I would not have to show these identities to the counter person..."Saving me time," and yet I had to give her my credit card anyway. The clerk told me that their location did not have that capability! The truck was sticky inside and unclean. I lost time and I lost money!Mary J T.

First time customer at this location. It totally slipped my mind that I was reserving a Uhaul truck for a holiday. That being said, I received a call from the office to convert my reservation from â€œstandardâ€ to 24hr share. The agent sent links to assist me for review prior to my arrival. Steps were very clear and I was able to retrieve my keys from the lockbox via assigned access code. Took a few photos, for the online assistant approval and off I went. Returning the truck was just as simple. Definitely will be a repeat customer whenever I need to rent a truck!Christina F.

When I went to pick it up, it was not parked in the location the online login was saying. The key box was hidden on a sign 50 yards away with no explanation. The location had no one there at 1145. At 440 it had someone inside but the doors were locked and would not come to open or try to assist. The open sign was on the whole time. Worst experience ive had from uhaul BY FAR!!Patrick R.
They were very slow in getting to me, almost 30-minutes. The trailer had not been cleaned out. Had parts and some junk in it. Then when I turned it in, they over charged me. When I tried to get the invoice corrected the site was rude and hung up on me. I did call UHaul to get it taken care of but this site was very bad and I would not recommend it to anyone.Allison W.
