Customer service here was great. But u-haul never brought a 15’ truck to replace the broke down 15’ truck that was at this location. So we lost time in on rental and we had to settle for a 10’ truck which meant we had to make multiple trips to move which meant we paid more in miles. Other than that it was a good experience

The customer service representatives (on site and on the phone) were professional and knowledgeable and assisted me with obtaining my moving truck, despite the obstacles. Thank you very much! Grace HOther than some confusion on my part on pick up - everything was good. Location was close, easily accessible from the highway, easy to get back to where we needed to get to. I am not sure about having to download the app to get the rental - I would have preferred a person. Once the app was figured out, it was easy to do everything.

Frank SA clear indication where the key box is cuz that location there is no key box I have to come in the morning to deliver the key, also my storage reservation got canceled because I didn't get to check in on the date of my reservation I picked up the U-Haul at 10:30 p.m. that's my reservation was on the same day and immediately got canceled. Went to the storage unit the next day to drop off some of my load's in the U-Haul I wasn't made aware that my reservation was canceled and would have to check in to be assigned one, I was forced to extend the U-Haul truck because of this it cost me an extra $40 because I wasn't notified that my reservation got canceled and I was no longer assign a storage unit. I've had a terrible experience with U-Haul and do not plan to use it for any moving service.

Susan AOrder # 23743485 I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were encouraged to return the truck when we were finished and the truck was returned that same day. The gentleman who rented the truck to us DID NOT mention the $20 fee for returning the vehicle after hours. I have reached out to customer and have had zero help from them. I will never use this company in the future.
Kyle MCell service sucks here and the app wouldn't allow me to take pictures for 24/7 return forcing me to pay a cleaning fee since I could not provide a photo. I will be disputing this. Don't use 24/7 return here

Donald DDropped off overnight. However, the League City ( 351 Gulf Fwy ) Jake and Jonathan were highly unprofessional. The threatened my safety, cursed at me and felt very uncomfortable with their aggression. Because of my experience, would not recommend Uhaul to anybody.
Adam NThis location was fine. The problem is that it was the third location we had traveled to that morning to get a truck, even with a reservation made days earlier. If the truck is not available when promised, UHaul should give a discount when they finally do get a truck available. Also, why did I have to travel to three locations to get a truck?????

JOHNNIE PWe did all the check in and rental agreement on the phone because we had selected the mobile option. When we got to the screen that said to go to the counter and ask for the keys, the guy was helping some ladies and kept telling us that we had to wait in line because we needed to sign a contract. I kept trying to explain to him that we didn't need to wait and that my phone said "skip the line". He responded with attitude, "you can go to a different location then." Although at this point I was very annoyed because I knew he was wrong and we were just wasting time, I bit my tongue and waited it out. After about 10 minutes, he was still not done with the ladies but he all of a sudden said, "oh, Mr. Whitest I actually do see a note on here that says you're good to go" and he finally gave us the damn keys without even apologizing. Please do better at training your employees on the fact that there is a mobile option and recognizing when someone just neess the keys because everything else was already completed on the phone.
