STEPHEN WThe items I rented were missing from the truck, the place was closed the day of pick up. So I wasted a half a day looking for another location to pick the items that were suppose to be inside the truck.
Ivette BKemah, and other surrounding cities, were impacted by hurricane Beryl and the internet and wifi connections were not working well. The customer service representatives (on site and on the phone) were professional and knowledgeable and assisted me with obtaining my moving truck, despite the obstacles. Thank you very much! Keep up the good work.
Grace HOther than some confusion on my part on pick up - everything was good. Location was close, easily accessible from the highway, easy to get back to where we needed to get to. I am not sure about having to download the app to get the rental - I would have preferred a person. Once the app was figured out, it was easy to do everything.
