Salvador APick up location was fine, trailer had damage not shown in the pictures and half the marker lights didn't work but the location fixed the lights fairly quickly.
Earl JDirty truck. Check engine light came on shortly after packing the truck and starting my trip. A/C went out intermittently, and would only blow hot air. It felt better rolling down my window in 100+ degree heat. Tried calling roadside assistance, but waited over an hour with no answer, the whole time a recorded message kept telling me that I could go online and report a need for roadside assistance, also saying, “you are in control”. This was additionally infuriating, since I was in a very rural area without enough service to go online. Absolutely worst moving experience I’ve ever had!

Gerardo LMy original pick up location was Uhaul Moving and Storage in Pasadena. It was changed to Moya's in Galena Park. That's ok. But the items I ordered online still had to be picked up in Pasadena, so a separate stop had to be made. Very inconvenient.

JOYCE SUhaul was horrible service was horrible customer service was horrible in had to drive 21 miles to pick up my truck I call my closest facility to make my reservation and it was moved 3 times!!! Even up to the morning of my move I didn't get the size I needed had to get 3 extra vehicles to help move and payor their gas!!! I will not use uhaul again!!!
Betty Lthe truck was dirty there was mud in bed of truck I found old food in the truck I really don't think I will rent from U-Haul again
JOSEPH SYour representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in a timely manner. Really appreciate that, since i was there on my lunch break.. Will certainly recommend this location. I was very satisfied with the service and vehicle.
