Pick up location was fine, trailer had damage not shown in the pictures and half the marker lights didn't work but the location fixed the lights fairly quickly.
Earl JDirty truck. Check engine light came on shortly after packing the truck and starting my trip. A/C went out intermittently, and would only blow hot air. It felt better rolling down my window in 100+ degree heat. Tried calling roadside assistance, but waited over an hour with no answer, the whole time a recorded message kept telling me that I could go online and report a need for roadside assistance, also saying, “you are in control”. This was additionally infuriating, since I was in a very rural area without enough service to go online. Absolutely worst moving experience I’ve ever had!
