Uhauls site allows you to add on Dollie’s, moving pads, etc. we added several items, this location did not have a dolly or enough moving pads, you should change your website to match what the locations carry

The app said/showed the lock on the truck bed door and key in a box inside the bed. Neither were found after quite a time searching. Spent another 15-20 minutes trying to use the code on the lock on the night return box to no avail. Finally looked up and saw a lock on the 24/7 box but the lock was too high to see the numbers on the lock (I'm 5'3"). My son came to help and got the lock open. One hour later I drove the truck off the property. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone regardless of how convenient the location.

The cargo area of the truck was dirty and smelled like eggs. I had to clean it myself before using it

The rep/owner was on an obvious personal call and did not help me immediately. I made use of express pre-check in yet he made me do it all over again. The truck was filthy inside bed even though there was a sign stating a $25 charge if not swept out and clean. I paid $7 for a dolly that was not in the truck. I have called about of refund with no response.

The truck was ordered wrong so we had to wait past our scheduled pick up time for the store to open to get the keys then the person wasn’t sure how to do it and had to call a manager. We didn’t end up leaving with our truck until over an hour and a half after our scheduled time even though we arrived to pick it up 20 minutes early.
