Booking, pickup and drop-off was very smooth. Liked the way to upload pics directly from my phone like license, mileage and vehicle condition before pickup.
srikanth mFor first time truck drivers , Please show them the basics to get comfortable like parking brakes etc . i understand there is only one but this is a bare minimum for atleast first time truck drivers and will be repeat customer.

IRENE CI was charged double for mileage and extra for "gas" even though I put gas in. I had it for a few hours and they charged me for 2 days. I was shocked when I saw what they charged for mileage. I made a few trips to my storage unit- overall about 78 miles
