We booked a pick up at 10:00AM 14th November 2025. We didn't get a call to confirm pick up the day before. Also we checked in online on 14 November before 10:00AM and uploaded driver's license online so we can speed up the pick up. We came at 10:00 AM sharp. The store wasn't still open so we waited outside and at 10:15 AM, two person came to open the store but we were asked to wait for the person responsible for the Uhaul. We waited for another 20 or so minutes. When the person in charge came past 10:30 AM, she still had to do all documentation defeating the purpose of the online check in. We left at around 10:42 AM disappointed as we were already behind schedule. No apologies at all from them for the late pick up. We will never use this place again.

The place where we made the reservation Am Market 20618 Douglas Cres, Langley B.C. they never mentioned that they didn't have available van and we could not make it at time that we really needed it at 9 am. They sent us to another address Mr Siopao Langley 20349 Fraser Hwy Langley BC, where they didn't open on time at 10 am ( Liked reservation confirmation said), The staff members were inside the store, and they only ignored all the customers were waiting outside for the van.
Alex BHomeless people were camping in the uhaul the night before i picked up the truck and now my furniture stinks like a campfire. The people handling the transaction were friendly but not a very good experience overall

Jennine JTurns out the dome light had no proper instructions and killed the battery. It is a click switch and there is no way to know if it is on or off. It killed the battery but I managed a boost. The dome light needs better sticker of on and off and it turn brightness if it should be night time. Other then that I loved the power and space. The gas consumption dial was great. But need a instruction about dome and head lights.

Bernard GMake sure your vehicles have been serviced. I almost got in an accident because the belt broke while I was on my way to return the vehicle. The people that I got the uhaul from weren't very helpful with any information on what to do, and couldn't tell me about how I would be charged for said inconvenience. Couldn't even offer me a discount for the huge inconvenience. I never even got offered a ride back after the uhaul had to be taken by a tow truck.
