I suggest completing all required procedures as soon as a U-Haul truck is returned, rather than postponing them. In my case, the delay caused me to receive a message asking me to return the truck even though I had already returned it, which made me go back to the location unnecessarily.

William CThe use of the U-Haul website made the booking of even a one-way trip simple. Just like grocery shopping, you are able to pick items from a list as needed, add or remove and update afterwards. The pickup of the unit in Illinois went as expected, and when there was an issue. U-Haul was on top of it and made changes before I was aware. Their communication was timely and professional. The drop off was simple and convenient. The whole process was a perfect example of a company that are serving their customers how the customer expects. I will use U-Haul again, for personal and professional use.
Jon PFriendly and efficient employee. The truck rented may have some transmission issues as it got stuck at a high rpm a couple times for a long duration. The 24 blankets I rented were very dusty / dirty and some were even oily but were all folded nicely. They made my white furniture grimy and suffer some scratches, the opposite of what the blankets were for. The dolly was too short to move a couch or media center, so I couldn't use it for anything.
