Not related to the location but the new process using an app is not very friendly and it's time consuming. Not thrilled. Additionally, I feel the service has become really expensive compared to the cost a few years back.

Bryan WI suggest completing all required procedures as soon as a U-Haul truck is returned, rather than postponing them. In my case, the delay caused me to receive a message asking me to return the truck even though I had already returned it, which made me go back to the location unnecessarily.
