She is very polite, kind, and excellent customer service, if anything goes wrong with a rental she will call you and get the issue resolved,. She will have a conversation with you and listen to your story even while she is working. I have been to this location multiple times just because of the customer service and her personality.

Todd LMy issue was with the app, not the location. It took nearly 3 hours to get my rental. The app would not accept the pictures of my license, it would say there were issues with my contact information, and it would timeout and force me to start over. When I would go to the chat to get help, it usually took 4-8 minutes to initiate the chat and that is a long time when you are struggling with the app. I had a 9 pm reservation, and it was nearly midnight when I left with the truck. Uhaul requires contacts whom they can call for verification. They received a text multiple times saying they would get a call, but didn't. they were waiting the whole time.

Kevin OThe whole experience was tedious with the app. It was slow and couldn't get my location even though I have a latest smartphone. Had to repeatedly upload my license and headshot pics more than 6 times. Right from check in to getting the jey out from lockbox was nightmare. Should probably deal with a human than app going forward. Vehicle was good though and recommend it.

Franklin SI was in a tough situation where I closed on.a home late in the afternoon on a Friday. I had the Uhaul that I had reserved all packed only to find out that the move could not happen until Monday! Luckily, I was able to extend my drop off date until Monday! Thanks to the friendly staff at Uhaul, my move was a smooth transition! And not to mention, I was able to find some outstanding moving support through the Uhaul app!

The time of use should start as soon as you actually pick up the vehicle not when I get to the site
Rachael OI don't like my experience with this uhaul place ,I returned my truck at 3:10 and the truck needed to be returned by 4pm .I put the gas back to half tank and this lady at this office is charging me for gas .The only thing she should be charging me for is 4 miles extra because I had 50 free miles .
