The check in (pick up) at the 5658 State Hwy 49 in Harrisburg is good and smoothly, the truck was new, and clean. The check-in return online by using the truck was trickly, we spend about 10 mins trying to figure out how to return the truck online on the phone. Please create a "tile or tap" for returning. Also, the large Uhaul boxes were too tall, they are not as low and wide as we thought. They are too deep for us to put stuffs in.
