I got lost nobody answered the phone to far from my home the experiencece was a nightmare. I dropped the auto transpoter off on Independence in Charlotte NC the guy was rude hollering saying he cant take the truck my truck was still loaded and I was trying to explain that I was just bringing the auto transporter then. I just had got in town from Buffalo, NY and was to tired to deal with a rude employee my experience was terrible he did finally take the auto transporter.

Originally we were supposed to have a hitch put on and rent our trailer from the Albemarle Road location jowever, Curtis, your manager there, dropped the ball several times between June 7th when originally promised, up to and including June 22nd. I have never met such racist, rude and ignorant people in my life who have no Custer service skills. I will makemail aire that NO ONE uses that location. On a much better note, the Harrisburg location was wonderfull and I would highly recommend them. Your needoctor to close the doors on the Albemarle Road location.

This was my first time ever renting U-Haul btw. I really liked the guy that worked here. He was honest, decent, and just an overall chill dude. He was very easy to work with, his customer service was above par. Not even because he was like, over-friendly or anything. He just made you feel very comfortable.

The Online checkin SUCKS. UHAUL had me standing outside yesterday from 730 to 830 as the verification didn't go thru due to a contact i gave them not answering the phone. Chatted for 40 minutes with live agent and 20 minutes on the phone. Finally got checked in when the employee arrived to his shift early. I'd like a discount for the inconvenience.
