The only problem we had was hooking it up to our truck. Some help doing that next time would have been great. But overall our experience was fantastic!

U-Haul should advise that the best browser to use when customers arrange for mobile pick up is Fire Fox. Do not use Chrome for this feature. I learned it the hard way, after sitting at the facility for 20 minutes, waiting on hold for an additional 28, yes 28 minutes! to learn this. The customer service reps however were very courteous & professional in assisting, which made for a smoother process & better overall experience. Thank you Danae!

Showed up 10 minutes until their posted closing time expecting the site to be closed already, but was pleasantly surprised to see it open. Service rep was courteous and had me in/out in less than 5 minutes.

It was older with a broken side running light and bald tires. However, Tony had UHAUL put on two new tires as I was traveling cross country. Tony was great! Very friendly/personable.

I had a confirmed reservation and then no truck so reservation had to be cancelled and then I had to pay for a larger truck that I didn’t need.

Less than 1/4 of gas ( 35 miles to empty) at pick up. Can had strong smell of smoke.

Once the truck was turned in and parked, someone with access to the night deposit key box remove the key and move the truck and damaged the bumper. When i went by the following morning to check out ,although I had taken the insurance, I did not like being accused of having damaged the truck.

So the first rental from this week had the wrong key in the lockbox and I had to wait for the employee to even return and I get the correct key. Next visit I arrived to find the truck that was locked inside the gate. I had to follow someone else inside this gate and then wait to get out the gated storage area. It was the WORSE!!!! Losing time and money. Unacceptable.

We arrived about 25 minutes before opening time. The U-Haul employee arrived about 20 minutes before opening time and made check-in of our rental truck his first priority. He was courteous, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. This was an excellent rental experience.

We did not use storage space. We called main # to cancel because UHaul failed to provide moving truck in Pawleys Island that morning. We also called Mr Storage to confirm cancellation but they closed
