The vehicle was fine, but it was dirty, there was even a full can of soda in the door of the right passenger car. Other than that, I received excellent customer service. I picked up my uhaul using the app, and found that the extra equipment/pads I purchased were not in the truck. I went back during business hours and the door was locked. I called the number on the door which was for a different location. They offered a refund however I have yet to recieve it.Danielle M.

Was charged for extra furniture pads that I didn't need or use. It will work out in the long run though. The guy behind the counter was helpful and knowledgeable and respectful. I recommend them for your next move.Michael L.

The service was friendly and professional, but the cab was dirty and the inside of the windshield had something (coffee?) splashed all over it. It is a little more challenging than some to get a large truck out of. But not too too hard.Lou Ann T.
I requested for rental pick up and drop off that was less than 1 mile from my house. Upon arrival at location I learned, I was to pick up 7 miles away at a different location. Having someone drop me off was a HUGE inconvenience for them and not to mention put me behind planning of our day. To add insult to injury Miles were $1 per mile and this added $14 more to my total that was unaccounted for. I am disappointed with Uhaul communication.Josh L.

I reserved the truck online and the process of picking up and returning was very easy. It was a little annoying to fill out all information online and then had to do it all again at the office when I was picking up the truck.Patron M.

This was a great experience. Should have rented my truck from last Sunday at this location. The care and explanation of the vehicle was on point. The person who waited on us was great. He was nice, clear and precise in the information given. Going forward if I need another uhaul, I will definitely select this location over the on on Concord Parkway South.....they are horrible and don't maintain their vehicles.Khadijah J.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had using UHaul. I reserved online 26 foot truck, dolly and furniture pads to pick after store hours On Tuesday June 2 at 8pm and to be ready the following morning when my movers show up at 7 am. My pick up location got updated to the service center in Concord NC. Which I was fine with. I show up and go through the online checking process and the message saying I need to pick up at 7am on 6/2/2020 which was 13 hours earlier in the day! I call the customer service number and the First Lady I get says that truck is not available for local day rental. I asked why did it let make the reservation online IF is could not happen? She needed to talk to the manager. After a long hold she said we can find me another one. I said it needs to be in Concord NC. She give me everything 20+ miles away. Then she forwarded me to the â€œScheduling Centerâ€ that has hours of 7 am to 7 pm. By now this is at 8:30 pm. I call back and started the process again. Finally this lady was able to find another truck less than 10 miles away. But now it would not have the dolly and the furniture pads. Now I have to drive back on Wednesday morning to get the rest of the items I needed for my move that I had did my part and reserved a week ago. Meanwhile my movers that are being paid hourly are showing up at 7 am to being moving furniture with no furniture pads and dolly. I need something to compensate me for spending over two hours chasing down my order then having to go back the following morning to get the rest of my supplies that I reserved online all while my movers wait. This is the worst online and customer service experience I've ever had. What can be done with all the extra effort I'm having to put in when I did my job and ordered exactly what I needed and when I needed?charles L.

Do not use Mr Storage for any UHaul moves. Started at the Harrisburg location ended here. Tried to rent us a UHaul full of soot. Then made us pay a higher price for the only other one he had which was clean. We have used many Uhaul locations around the Charlotte area and these are definitely the worst!Randall D.
