I made this reservation for another location after verifying they (the original location) would be open on a Monday, a holiday. I was called the next day and the reservation switched because the original location wouldn't have the size truck I needed. Arriving at this location, I discovered it was closed. Three phone calls later, I had to download their app (unwanted), find the truck a half block away, go back to the office area to get the key from a lockbox, go back and take pictures of the truck, and THEN I could finish getting the truck. No mention of needing the app or the different location being closed. Not a stelar customer service expreience.

ERIC TShe has no idea what customer service is. She interrupted my daughter when she tried to show her the reservation that we made. She swung the computer screen around and said it didn't matter what her phone said. Well, it does...she charged us $12 for a hand truck that was clearly marked $7, and claimed she couldn't change it. My daughter turned around away from her, so not to argue. She couldn't leave well enough alone and asked my daughter, "you having a bad day already?" Then that set my daughter off. There was need for her to poke the bear, but she just couldn't help herself. It's was absolutely uncalled for. Also, I had to help put the trailer on my car, because there was no one else there. I hurt my back and was down for two days afterwards.
Rhonda MLinda was horrible; took an hour past checkout to bitch over and over regarding same simple question. Brought out new handle dolly and I have pics of refusal giving rusty old beat up hand dolly. Also truck had hard down shifts while stopping resulting in high RPM revs. Transmission shook entire truck breaking stufff!
