Larry NI made this reservation for another location after verifying they (the original location) would be open on a Monday, a holiday. I was called the next day and the reservation switched because the original location wouldn't have the size truck I needed. Arriving at this location, I discovered it was closed. Three phone calls later, I had to download their app (unwanted), find the truck a half block away, go back to the office area to get the key from a lockbox, go back and take pictures of the truck, and THEN I could finish getting the truck. No mention of needing the app or the different location being closed. Not a stelar customer service expreience.
