I had to blow out the back of the truck, prior to using it. Maybe there's a reason it wasn't done but it honestly only took a matter of minutes to do. I'm aware that Uhaul charges the customer a min of $25 if the back is not swept out, so I did take another minute to blow out the back before returning the truck. Other then that small detail, everything else was great! I found it very easy to upload my drivers license, easy to access my rental from the app, and I used the uhaul.com/share to return my truck (which was also very easy). The office is very nice and clean and Ijah was very pleasant, friendly, and professional (in appearance and interaction). I would recommend renting from here.

The U-Haul that we rented had a broken door seal laying in the seat, my fiancé put it back up. The fuel gage is old and when trying to fill the tank only to what it was left at we ended up filling it up. The engine also seemed very worn as it was breaking down hill.

I've been trying to get U-Haul to call me back rented a truck on June 3rd supposed to bring it back June 4th however the truck wouldn't start no one came out got it started the next day and U-Haul charged me $ 109.00 and put me on some do not rent list sooooo disappointed because I have rented from you guys for years....

When a customer scheduled a reservation be sure the facility is open at the time and not have the customer wait a hr for an employee to come unlock the door

Trying to use the self return process was not user friendly and after a long day of moving, etc. using that process was very stressful. Find a better way!

Dealing with Mr. Storage at * Lowe Ave and Benchmark Assoc on US1 in Ft Pierce was awesome. Great customer service. Dealing with U-Haul Corporate was a nightmare. The equipment had a serious issue that the dealer could not know about. Traffic and Scheduling were terrible to deal with. I did the 24/7 truck share. I feel like the option is perfect especially if you’re trying to get a truck after hours. I ran into a problem where I had my brother and nephew drop off the truck for me because I head to back to work and I told them to make sure they drop it off at the drop off place and talk to a clerk before they close (4:30pm) so I wouldn’t get charge another day and I wouldn’t be able to go thru with the app process of returning the U-Haul. They dropped it at 3:50pm and they told me they knocked on the window and the person that was in the building kept pointing at the key drop off box and wasn’t really trying to help. So I instantly called U-Haul to inform them that it had been dropped off already and I couldn’t go thru with the process on the app and they noted it. On March 2, 2024 I was charged again for the U-Haul and they lied and said it was returned 7:56am. To prevent situations like this happening again, there should be another option with the app so stuff like this won’t happen.

The truck had a 1/4 of a tank of gas 😒 I reserved it on line. And got 8 emails from U-Haul😒 and the had to fill it all out again when I got there to pick it up. It felt like a waste of time to go through all the work on line to just do it again in person.

Dropped off after hours, instructions were very clear both on the U-Haul website and posted outside the facility. Was charged for an additional cleaning fee for a truck we received dirty, but Mr. Storage cannot be blamed for that

The guy who I picked up and returned my uhaul to had a disgusting attitude at both pick up and drop off of the truck. Upon arrival to drop off the truck he accused me of engaging in doing illegal drugs inside of the truck. When I informed him that I do not do drugs but I was willing to wipe down the truck and spray air freshener he rudely declined. He also told me the gas was lower than it was supposed to be. again told him I would take the truck and fix the problem because I technically didn’t need to turn the truck in until tomorrow morning at 10:00 am. He rudely declined once again and quickly submitted the information to the uhaul app and told me I’ll be charged for everything and will not have the opportunity to fix it even though I had 17 hours until I had to officially turn the truck in. I am outraged and extremely disappointed with the service I received today and yesterday at this uhaul location. I will never go use uhaul again after this experience because of how disappointing this experience was for me.

Please air out the vehicle before renting.. I had a STRONG sweaty smell in the cabin. It wasn't pristine, which is ok for moving, but it could have smell a little nicer. The owner was very professional and had us in and out in no time. A pleasure doing business with him.

I feel I was deceived into taking a unit before the location was explained to me. I signed up using a link from 195 Davidson Parkway, was told to go to the office at 8 Lowe Rd, and signed a document for "Mr Storage - Central" that didn't list the physical address of the unit. When I drove to the site, I turned at the address and didn't see the location. It turns out the unit is at the end of a different street, after the turn sign. I feel manipulated. I regret doing business with this company, but can't get another unit anywhere else until I give 30 days notice. I learned my lesson. I'll find another or vider and get out of this raw deal ASAP.

The only problem was that the side mirror was not adjustable. It was pointing towards the ground, and I could not use it. Made it rather dangerous to drive.

He charged me for insurance and never asked if I wanted it he couldn't run my credit card because he didn't have my address in the machine correctly so I had to use my debit card which I don't like to do. So then I had to call back to see why the fee was incorrect.

Renters beware!! Though I filled truck with gas to level reflected in my photo taken on my phone of gas gauge before leaving facility with the truck at rental. I was told on return that I didn't fill truck with required amount of gas and charged 14.95 fee. I was told I was required to fill it to bar above though picture at time of rental showed gas hard between the 2 bars which is what I refilled gas to on return. I attempted to prove my point and my information was disregarded. Poor customer service and unfair charges when gas was filled to level in my photo.
