The app needs work. Two phone calls were required the morning of pickup because the person working was unable to complete my pickup. I had already completed the pre check in and it did not help. Also, having a truck with a check engine light come on during travel was not ideal. Truck did not have cruise control, which made it more tiring.

The person doing the paperwork didn't read what they were supposed to and didn't give me all the paperwork. They didn't come out when I hooked the dolly up and the lights weren't working. I had to wait until almost 4pm before it was fixed. It put us behind. I was not impressed with their customer service or the condition of the dolly.
