Clarissa EFriendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful from start to finish. The storage facility was clean inside and out. Moving is difficult enough, they make it easy with not only truck/dolly rentals, and moving supplies, but great storage space as well.
Valerie KStop charging customers for things that shouldn’t be charged when returning truck. Was charged for an extra day although returned the day before and was charged for extra miles when extra miles was not used and cleaning fee when truck was cleaned. Had to call and dispute the charges that accrued a month later that was inconvenience.
