The online check in process needs work. I took pictures of my DL and submitted but when got to the pick up location I had to do so again. I also was not advised that I would have to use a lock box to retrieve keys for the truck. Then had to call customer service to get access, only to find out the location keeps the keys and that they are not in the lockboxs. Customer service rep was very nice and helpful. Technician at the location provided me with the keys to the truck but due to the lengthy check in time and mis information I didn't actually begin my rental until 20 minutes after my rental start time. I wont use the "share a truck" option again if I need to rent a truck.Heather C.

The man who did my paper work deleted my ok rider I got a email saying it was deleted and I was at counter of time of pick up. He was rude and yelling at me. Had a witness walk in and hear him.JULIE J.

Horrible experience with the online personal check-in. For our first pick-up location ( 2501 N 2ND ST in MINNEAPOLIS) we followed the directions that were prompted, however the keybox was broken and would not open, and it was visible there were no keys inside. Wasted an hour of our day remedying this with Uhaul.CIERRA F.

I was told it is fine if I get the van back on Sunday before my due time and just drop the keys in the box. I was back before my due time and since they checked in the next morning, I was charged for two days even though I returned it within 24 hours. When they themselves told me it was ok to return on Sunday and they'll just charge for one day, still they were not careful while checking my rental back in. Really careless and were rude on when called.Sneha R.

Hi there, I rented a 10-foot box truck from you guys on Saturday May 1. Everything turned out okay, but the drivers-side mirror was a nightmare. It would swing in or out whenever I hit a little bump, so I had to keep the window down and adjust it while driving, or I literally wouldn't be able to see what was going on behind me to my left. Again, I got lucky and didn't have any incidents, but it was a big problem. Please find and fix the truck for the next customer. Thanks.Grant A.

Please make it more clear (maybe higher in the confirmation email) that there will be a second step verification needed. And I don't know if my day was a busier day or something, but it should also be noted that it will take about ten minutes for the agent to verify the renter.Casey R.

Didn't know for 20 hours ahead of time where my pickup was. This was confusing as I stopped by the place listed on my rental form and they said they didn't have nay trucks. So I called the 1-800 and they also had no info. I finally got a call, but this process needs to be clearer.Lee S.
