U-Haul changed my pick up location, but still had to drive to original location to pick up boxes I purchased. Neither location had the blankets and furniture dolly I ordered and paid for, but the you gentlemen working at the counter couldn’t have cared less. Myself nor anyone I speak to about my experience will not rent from U-Haul again. Worst rental experience ever!
