Natasha BThe gentleman where I got the trailer was very helpful. However, U-Haul as a whole needs to do a better job of communicating a change in pickup location, especially when purchased equipment is not at the new pickup location. I had a reservation for a U-Haul location where I was to pickup a tow ball as well. Changing the location of the pickup to Mr. Union required me to go back to the U-Haul location because he does not have tow balls (or any other related equipment), just trailers. That is extraordinarily inconvenient!
Joel KI brought my stuff from Tulsa OK to Hannibal MO it was very easy with UHOUL 5x8 trailer. Thank you all you guys. This spot very close to my previous house and i got trailer in a 5 minutes.

Brandon BThis location is also a marijuana store. The smell was overwhelming and made me sick. It took the person three tries to get it right. He also gave us information that contradicted what actually happened and what the phone representative said. He had obviously been in the store too long.

Felicia AEven though it was a convenience store, the clerk was very helpful in helping me detach the trailer. The site on Peoria however, gets a FAIL twice! There is never anyone at that storage facility! The sign says they will be back, and they weren't back in August...and then again today!
SHERRIE SReceived a substandard trailer tires had tread wear indicators showing lighting didn’t work didn’t receive a copy of the contract and we’re informed that they couldn’t do anything about it. We were able to take the trailer to a different location and get the lighting fixed but that was all.
Dan WThe jack on the trailer was broken making it almost impossible to hook up to our truck. We had to find a jack to jack it up enough to get it on the hitch as the trailer is too heavy to just pick up and connect it.
Dawna MWhen we got to the drop off location, we were told by the clerk that we couldn’t drop the truck. I had talked to uhaul scheduling and was assured that I had until midnight to drop the truck. The clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. He told me I needed to talk to the security guard. The security guard was at least friendly but he seemed clueless. We left the truck but felt very uncomfortable about the situation.
DAVID HI rented a trailer from this location a week prior to my pickup date. When I arrived, they didn’t have it and sent me to two other locations on the opposite side of town to find one. What should have been a 15 min, check in and pick up ended up taking me almost 3 hours!

Jeramy BThe truck was absolutely disgusting and sounded like it was going to fall apart. The truck seriously needs new brakes. I felt as if it was a major hazard going down the road. The location was in a shady part of town and I felt very unsafe. There was a box of crack pipes under the counter as well. Overall I was very unhappy and will most likely use another company next time.

Elijah pLocation was a C-store with 1 person working it. A truck was blocking the trailer which had no tongue jack and was very heavy to pick up and attach to my truck. Ended up buying a floor jack in order to pick up the tongue of the trailer, as I wrenched my back trying to pick it up.

Chelsea FOur drop off was the worst experience ever but not because of this location. We were automatically assigned ( not at our request to drop off at BnB tire repair which was far away from where we needed). The BnB location was closed, fenced and totally inaccessible when we got there and of course no one answered the phone. We had to hunt for another location. Couldn’t change location when we logged in to our account. Called U-Haul number and was referred to another number 3 times and had to wait 5 minutes each time time we had to talk to a different person. The app did not work to allow us to change our drop off location. It took us 2 1/2 hours to drop off. It was a nightmare. NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN!!! Worst experience ever!
DANNY HFuel lines had been cut under the frame, found out when gassing it up, lost $7.00 in gas, a young man told and helped me fill it from underneath. I told twin cities u-haul about it

Catherine BThis store is too busy for the clerk to handle u-haul rentals in addition to running the register. The computer they have for u-haul transactions is very old and slow. The truck was dirty and has less gas than reported. They did not have the equipment I ordered. I was under the impression from my online order that I could walk in and pick up my truck because I had done everything and paid in advance online, but I was either misled by u-haul or given the runaround by the store.

Hazel MFast drop off, great service. The trailer itself has a bearing in the wheel hub that started making noise about 300 miles into our trip. We made it all the way with no issue, and I notified the attendant when we dropped off the trailer. He said he would note it and have it taken care of.
Robert CThe person running the place was also a convenience store clerk, he was super nice, but overall took us an hour and a half because his laptop was ancient and wouldn’t load a thing. He put me on the phone with uhaul customer service to try and fix the error on his computer, all the while he’s constantly running back to the register to check his customers out of the gas station. He was super nice but you could clearly tell he was overworked. On top of not having the right equipment to do the job. We were also told the gas tank was full but it was at half a tank when we got in. For as long as it took, I was not about to go back in and wait for an hour for gas whenever I had to get home and hurry and move.
Jennifer RIt’s a gas station. Cashier had to pull out a laptop to help us while serving all other gas station customers. Took 30 minutes. No instructions whatsoever.

alfonso rI was overcharged $140 immediately! I made uhaul aware of this and still, I have not received my money back! This was our weekly living expenses. A family's food for the week. I have tried several times a day to get refunded. Always get call this person call that person. I WANT MY OUR MONEY BACK! $270 was charged for a 24 hour rental that was only supposed to be $69!!!!

linda cWhen I placed the order, I received a confirmation; however, when I went to pick up the trailer, they didn't have one. Took 30 minutes talking to the corporate office to get everything worked out. The manager at the Uhaul location was great.

Josh RThis location is being run as a convenience store and a U-Haul at the same time. Neither one is effective. I was treated rudely and passed over by several people buying lotto tickets! The trailer did not have proper light connections and created issues with local police. Easily the worst U-Haul experience i have had and I rent frequently from U-Haul. Would like to be contacted to discuss possible options on how U-Haul will fix this.

Kellie CThis location is inside a gas station. The gentleman running this location doesn’t wait on one person at a time. He tried to process my rental and wait on his convenience store customers at the same time. He did not go out and hook up my trailer, he did not check my hitch.
Kimberly SWe waited almost an hour because convenience store customers were waited on before us. There was no paper to print a contract and their server was not working. This was not the U Haul location that we originally chosen. We were scheduled at the U Haul of Greenwood District location for a 9:00 am pickup on the 9th. They said we had scheduled for the 8 and the order had been cancelled. This is an outright lie as I have my confirmation showing the 9th at 9:00 am. Unfortunately I did not have it with me when we went to the Greenwood District location. The manager was incredibly rude. They had not trucks there. We had used the Greenwood location before and this encounter was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The truck at Mr. Union was clean and ran well once we finally got it 1 1/2 hours after the originally scheduled time. Original master order number is 23457622.

Didnt even have the proper vehicle inspection for the auto transport.. some random guy hooked it up for me and it was done incorrectly when i dropped off at drop off location they told me it was a hazard they way it was hooked up..

David RPlan on it taking awhile to get checked out. It’s a busy convience store. One cashier was only person there. But the hours are phenomenal a uhaul at 10pm hard to beat that.
