It was at a Gas Station and waited for about 15 minutes for someone to show up for an appointment at 530. Gas Station attendant called someone who didn't answer. So I just hooked up the trailer and left. Then I got a call from someone from corporate late that night saying I had to do some paperwork that should have been done at pick up. It was a quite a mess. Not very professional business practice. I have used Uhaul several times over the past couple of years and this was the worst experience I had. Great experience at drop off. It was quick fast and easy.
Ryan Jpick up was great but the return was a pain. the clerk was rude and not helpful. when I tried calling the number to return the trailer it was an hour wait. attempting to return the trailer online was also a pain in the ass.
eric rThis “location” if you can even call it that was a gas station. I walked into the gas station and there was no U-haul attendant. There was no signage or indication of who I was supposed to talk to or was affiliated with U-Haul. I asked the cashier, because who else was I supposed to talk to, he had no idea what was going on. He called who I can only assume was his boss. Then handed me a piece of paper with a phone number and just said “call this number.” I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with some random person to check this U-Haul trailer out. Then, I had to go and take all the pictures, then load the trailer by myself. There was no indication of help or knowledge from this location. The location was not clean or inviting. I was more concerned I was about to get mugged than anything else. I additionally got catcalled at while waiting on the phone with the mysterious man the cashier had me call. No one was helpful here. All around, it was a terrible experience. For a majority of the time, I did not know if I was at a U-Haul location or random gas station. This location should not be a u-haul pickup/drop off location.
