The Uhaul wasn't swept out and I was moving beds. Ryan, the polite employee mentioned it was dirty. Next time I will ask for it to be swept out. Can you get this place a printer. First Uhaul place I have uses that can't print a contract because they dont have a printer. It's nice to have for business purposes

The clerk really needs to improve his people skills and professionalism, and U Haul should remove themselves from his location. Every time we spoke with him, he acted as if he was put out y is asking him questions as if we were bothering him. He was rude and condescending. He acted as if we were putting him out by asking routine questions. He clearly doesn't enjoy having this side U-Haul business in his ancient, out dated business. Instead of trying to answer our questions, he acted like we were bothering him.

The equipment was well maintained. There was just sand on the floorboards of both sides of the truck. It wasn't anything that didn't make me want to not use it. I just didn't want to be charged for having to clean the truck.

The cost was ridiculous. Way over charged. I expected to pay $200 and was charged $468. Absolutely will not recommend U-Haul after that bill. It was not even reasonable at all. I would love to speak to a manager over the matter

I filled up the gas tank to the level it was when I picked it up. This location then charged me an additional $15 of gas. I will be disputing this amount with my credit card. Awful location. Never again.

I was supposed to get a call on how to access vehicle … never came… Mr Vacuum was supposed to open at 10:00… it didn’t The truck was clean but boy was it a piece of junk… It had roll up windows, one of the cigarette lighters didn’t work and it was sooooo noisy. … It sounded like the windows were open when you were driving… so loud in fact that you could not hear the directions from the phone!!! Horrible, just horrible

This location running person is not honest he charge people money unacceptable.i took pictures miles and fuel before I got truck after return i took pictures again he charge me more money for fuel and rent .when i talk they don’t want to return my money but after talk to uhal main office and sending my prove they return my money.If I don’t take pictures they never return my extra charge so be careful this location.You mist have take a picture before rent and after drop .miles and fuel.

We waited over an hour for someone to show up. Somehow, my return location was changed, and I was charged an extra day when I returned it a day early.

Provide instructions to everyone whether they’re dropping off during hours or not. We return the truck during business hours, but they were closed and locked.

I rented a 15 ft truck and drove it a total of 14 miles and when I got my receipt thru email I was charged $27.50 for 6 gallons of fuel. I received truck without a full tank. Are you Kidding Me! Total rip off. You'll never get my business again.

I was very upset that we were not provided with a contract. Also he had us sign nothing. He said he didnt have a printer and he emailed it to us. So all I had was my phone as we were leaving for Ft.Myers. An emailed copy does me no good as it is impossible to read. He asked where we were driving to and estimated it to be around 300. Our final bill was double that. I have a business and would never not have someone review their contract and sign it. I will not use this location again.

I was charged an extra $30 for late return even though I returned it around 12:30pm. Rental contract was messed up by the place I rented the trailer. I went to return the trailer by 8 am but the place did not open until 10am. I did not just want to leave the trailer without someone verifying the return. Very poor service and ridiculous that I am charged an extra $30 because no one was there at 8 am like they should have been.

There is no drop off box for returning the key. The dolly was not included when I picked up.
