Make certain that all dents and damage were reported before assuming that the damage was caused by the person that dropped it off. Fortunately, having the customer take pictures and uploading them dispelled that notion when compared.

Jack PI will be disputing this Mr Vacuum charge with a follow up message when we get Settled. I returned this 26’ truck to the location and could not find a place to park it Behind the building without it sticking out into the street so I parked it in the safest spot available in front of their building next to another U-Haul truck that was already there. There should not have been any after hours charge since this was the recommended place to take the truck after hours. This location provides no information on where to return a truck. Also, please provide me pictures of a dirty truck that required $100 worth of cleaning. This is total nonsense. I ran an air blower through the front and back before I returned it. I have rented from U-Haul on multiple occasions, including moving help and have always done the right thing when it comes to picking up and returning the vehicle.
Christopher LAbsolute nightmare fuel experience. takes nearly hour and half to get verified with the ap. The guy working mr vac refused to help with mobile pick up and worse was just endless back and forth with the app and support. after 2 hours still not able to get in the vehicle they assigned the wrong plate and code to. so paid for a truck that was never used found another location to rent from a human down the road. never doing this again.
