It took over three months to close out the 2 day contract although I dropped it off early. I called the corporate line numerous times with zero results. I doubt I will use U-Haul again.

They charged me for equipment that I did not receive the tire had a big slash in it and they overcharged me for payment. They did refund some of my money back, however it was still an awful experience. It took a whole extra two hours just to wait for them to replace the tire. It was just not a great experience at all
Quenshell GGuy basically had no idea what was going on. (Talked about other work he had to do). I walked up with my rental paper and key and said I was returning a truck and he was like “ok”, and didn’t seem to do anything. Stated that again, he glanced down at my paper and said he didn’t know what that is but I could leave the key. After some odd back and forth he said I was all good. The other guy was out and wouldn’t be back for a while. I made sure to take a picture of the truck with the store and kept checking my email to see if it had been checked in, which happened over an hour later. (Glad I had gone early)
