I was late getting it back but called to rent another day. It was already reserved by someone else so I had to take it back. I was late getting it back but it was back in time for next customer. They proceeded to charge me for another whole day. So in retrospect got paid twice for 5/20/2025. Once by me, once by the next customer. My estimated cost was $70. My bill was $142.00.

I pickup process took at least 30 minutes. I'm not sure why the employee had to get all of the information that I had already entered into the U-Haul app concerning drop of and pickup. The process seemed way longer and more complex than it should have been and then there was price discrepancies from what the App showed me and the quote the employee was giving me. We were able to get it all figured out and get the pricing correct, but the whole situation seemed very inefficient.

The trailer drop-off location was a couple blocks away, which was a little confusing for an after-hours dropoff. I wish it had been clarified in the dropoff instructions. I did not interact with any personnel, but it wouldn't let me submit without giving a yes/no answer to "were the personnel helpful?" question

We had a great experience with Mt. Loafer Storage. We used our large storage shed for 5 years. They office staff were always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I reserved a truck to be picked up at a Provo location and on the morning of pickup I was called to be informed that I had to pick up the truck at a location in Payson, which is 15 miles south. It is unacceptable to expect someone to drive 15 miles out of their way to pick up something they reserved 5 days beforehand. This delayed our moving schedule and was a terrible inconvenience. I understand that the previous driver dropped the truck off at the wrong location and that's why this happened, but when someone reserves a truck, that should mean it is reserved no matter what and it shouldn't be compromised by another renter. Uhaul should do everything is their ability to make sure the rental is available when and where it is expected to be available. Someone should have driven the truck up to Provo for me to pick up. It was extremely inconvenient and caused our moving day to start poorly.

The app experience was very frustrating. Luckily, a thoughtful employee showed up early, anticipating we would have issues.

Everything was great, maybe just let people know if they are using the app to pick up their rental it has to be done be midnight or it cancels the reservation. I was told I could pick it up anytime so I showed up 6 AM the next morning and my reservation had been cancelled. I worked it out, just took me an hour to rebook and them get it set up on the app. All good.

My drop off was different. There was no one at the store, SC glass in sun city az. So I hope l got credit for my drop off. Call the number on the door, but nobody answered.

The manager of the facility was very pleasant, felt welcoming all the time ! Very lovely lady . She is the reason I stayed there! Just a very caring person ❤️ 100% great person. Instructions for after hours return just had a QR code that lead to a dead website. No personnel or other instructions were there to help us. Had to rely on a random stranger who happened to be using the lot for their own purpose to even get in the lot to return the truck.

The location we dropped it off to had a lady there that approached my wife and was EXTREMELY rude. We had a very long moving day and after being exhausted I had her return the truck which I now regret because the woman who approached my wife made her cry. THATS HIW RUDE SHE WAS! I cannot believe u would let someone like that into your organization. She should be reprimanded harshly. Unfortunately this has turned me away from your services indefinitely and will strongly recommend others to turn away your service unless I hear this woman has been let go.

Very surprised to find that It was closed. We went about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. When I called the number no one answered. It was confusing.

Location closed at 2pm on a Saturday! Tried to return trailer at 3:30 on Saturday and was encouraged to keep it till they were opened. Discouraged us using after hours drop off.

When I got there, the truck that I rented wouldn’t start, so I had to jump start it. When was disappointing because it cut into my rented time.

The oil pressure gauge dropped to zero pressure, so we stopped and added a oil until it was in range on the oil stick. Got back on the road and the oil pressure gauge would intermittently go to zero while driving down the road. Checked oil a second time, but it was still OK. Also the truck seems to have something that sounds like it is loose, but could not tell what it was, we just had to put up with the noise of the rattle. We wondered if the shocks on the truck were worn out, because the ride was quite bumpy and shaky? On the good side, the truck was clean and useful. Finally we are still waiting to see the final bill for our trip, it has not yet shown up in my mailbox.

The vehicle check In online didn’t work as it was supposed to. Had to call company and send photos in an email. The app just sent us in circles and had no place to attach photos. Drop off in the street leaves ample opportunity for vandalism and fuel theft. Seems like U-HAUL would want to provide a more secure drop off point. You would think during big moving time frames like weekends the facility would be open longer than 3:00 O’clock. Overall the experience was excellent. Great truck. Just need to make the drop off procedure easier and more secure.
