The lady at the desk was the only one there. I had to load the trailer on my own. (no idea what I was doing). Then she checked it and "Fixed it". Except she didn't know what she was doing either. Which resulted in an accident. This could have been a LOT worse. VERY dissatisfied with this interaction!

It was snowing so we decided to get it in close truck to rent . Once we got everything in the truck only took a 10 mile trip.. And the truck leaked all over my furniture. Not very happy about this because that's the reason why we rented an enclosed track instead of using our regular trailer.
