I booked a reservation at this location as a one way because I KNEW I wasn’t going to be able to bring the Uhaul all the way back to this location. I got to this location the day of my reservation and was told that the clerk couldn’t find my reservation even though I had confirmation that I booked at that location. I was then advised by the same Clerk (DJ) that it would be easier to start a new reservation versus me waiting for him to continue to look for it. So he created a new reservation and assured me that everything would remain the same. At the end of my reservation I arrived to my scheduled drop off at another location that was told to clerk Dj and disclosed in my reservation and trying to return the truck the option was not available to start my return process. I then went to the website that was posted on the wall of the uhaul facility uhaul.com/share and called the number that was on the website. Once I was connected with someone I was advised that they could not help me and to call the local scheduling department in the morning so I did and was speaking with Trisha and she also informed me that it was nothing she could do. After voicing my concerns and frustration multiple times and she repeatedly said there was nothing that could be done she THEN said she could file a dispute and then told me to wait 72 hours for a response. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with this company. I have moved multiple times within the last few years and never experienced anything like this. As a valued customer I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated that I was getting the run around and no type of assistance.

The truck was not prepared hit has snow on the windshield and no scrapper was found in the truck the tank was empty the interior was filthy, wiper was broken. This by far the worst u-haul location that I ever used.

Cierra CStaff was not able to understand or answer questions over the phone. When picked up they gave inaccurate information about where rental could be turned in. Over charged on invoice with terms that didn’t match the contract. Charged $1.00 per mile over 30 should have been $0.79 on all miles, charged more gas than should have. Never rent from this location again.
